Who am I? I'm Tyrone Dent, a Business Quality Assurance Consultant with a background in human resources, process improvement, quality assurance and reporting. With over 16 years of financial services experience in various roles, I have assisted in the build out and development of several quality assurance programs.
What is my process? I use a strategic method to understand the problems and work alongside of the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Stakeholders to achieve the desired outcome of more efficient processes.
What do I offer? An outside of the box thinker that is willing to explore, suggest and create new ideas or concepts to meet the overall goal. As a lifelong learner, I am always willing to expand my way of thinking and explore more innovative ways to increase operational efficiency.
